1. Services
Nail Bae & Lash provides professional nail, manicure, pedicure, lash, and related beauty services. Service availability, pricing, and details may change from time to time.
2. Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled through our available booking methods. Please provide accurate and current information when booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Nail Bae & Lash as soon as possible. Appointment availability is subject to business hours and technician availability.
3. Pricing & Payments
Service prices may vary depending on the selected service, add-ons, upgrades, or other requests. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Any applicable taxes, fees, or gratuities may not be included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated.
4. SMS Text Messaging Programs
Nail Bae & Lash offers two separate SMS programs:
Account Notifications (Transactional): Appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and cancellation notifications.
Marketing & Promotions: Promotional offers, seasonal specials, exclusive deals, service updates, and announcements.
Each program requires a separate affirmative opt-in. Opting in to one program does not enroll you in the other.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive up to approximately 4 messages per month per program. Message and data rates may apply.
5. SMS Opt-Out & Help
You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message.
STOP unsubscribes you from all Nail Bae & Lash SMS programs.
For assistance, reply HELP to any text message or contact Nail Bae & Lash directly.
6. Privacy
Nail Bae & Lash respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
