SMS Policy

This SMS Policy describes the text messaging programs operated by Nail Bae & Lash (“Nail Bae & Lash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Nail Bae & Lash offers two separate SMS programs, each with its own opt-in, message types, and purpose:
Account Notifications Program (Transactional) — appointment-related text messages.
Marketing & Promotions Program (Marketing) — promotional and informational text messages.
Each program requires a separate, affirmative opt-in. Opting in to one program does not enroll you in the other. You may opt in to either program, both, or neither.
How to Opt-In
To subscribe to either or both SMS programs, complete the “Sign Up for SMS Text Messages” form on our website, provide your first name, last name, and mobile phone number, and affirmatively check the consent checkbox for each program you wish to join before submitting the form.
Each program has its own separate consent checkbox; both checkboxes are unchecked by default and each requires an explicit action by you. Submitting the form without checking a program’s consent checkbox will not enroll you in that program.
Consent to receive SMS messages from Nail Bae & Lash is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Program 1: Account Notifications (Transactional)
Purpose: Send you appointment-related transactional text messages tied to your bookings with Nail Bae & Lash.
Types of messages:
Appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Appointment reschedule and cancellation notifications
Message frequency: Varies based on your appointment activity. You can expect to receive up to approximately 4 messages per month.
How to opt in: Check the “Account Notifications (Transactional)” checkbox on the SMS sign-up form.
Program 2: Marketing & Promotions
Purpose: Send you promotional and informational text messages about Nail Bae & Lash offers and updates.
Types of messages:
Promotional offers and seasonal specials
Exclusive deals for SMS subscribers
Nail and lash service updates and announcements
Message frequency: Varies based on promotional schedules. You can expect to receive up to approximately 4 messages per month.
How to opt in: Check the “Marketing & Promotions” checkbox on the SMS sign-up form.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to either program, depending on your mobile carrier and data plan. Nail Bae & Lash does not charge a fee to receive our text messages; any costs associated with sending or receiving SMS are determined by your wireless carrier.
Opt-Out
You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.
After you send STOP, we will send you one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. STOP unsubscribes you from all Nail Bae & Lash SMS programs (both Account Notifications and Marketing & Promotions).
After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Nail Bae & Lash. If you want to rejoin one or both programs later, you may sign up again using the website form.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy & No Mobile Information Sharing
Nail Bae & Lash does not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with any third parties for marketing reasons under any circumstances.
